Mysterious ways!!

Yes, God works in mysterious ways. But the problem with us is that we want to know in advance how God will provide or change our situation almost like giving Him directions on how He should do it. Listen to me: Our job is to PRAY and BELIEVE, what could be simpler than that?:-) If we want our prayers to be answered we should have expectancy of a little child. A great example is when my 10 year old asked for an iPhone for her 10th birthday...she placed an order and forgot about it. She didn't care whether I had money or not and never had sleepless nights wondering whether  she will get it or not. She slept like a Princess. And waited for her phone with so much Joy! She didn't care whether I could afford it or not, she was busy looking at iPhone covers..can you imagine?!:-) But as adults what do we do? 🙂 Ask God for something and spend countless nights worrying and right to figure out God can bring that $1000 to us. Remember, our ways are not His ways. Delight in the Lord and He will give you ALL the desires of your heart. Join me this month as we PRAISE and Thank God in advance and Prepare for His blessings! I am ALL in, are you? Blessings, Kay Rose

Having Radical Faith and Believing God for the Impossible

It's easy to say, “I have faith that God can do all things” but do we really?  It’s easy for a person to say they have faith In the Lord when everything is going well or when one believes God for very little.  I believe God is calling His people to a new level and that new level requires a new level of faith – radical faith...living on the edge kind of faith.

When we say, “God is the same God yesterday and today”, what does this mean to you?  Do you believe God is more than able to separate a body of water just as He did for Moses for YOU?  Do you believe God can hold the sun still and make the moon stop for 24 hours just for YOU?  Do you believe God can stop rain from falling for 3 and a half years just for YOU?

When I say I believe God is the same yesterday and today, it means I believe God is able to do these things and exceedingly more.  Am I saying that you should have the same measure of faith I have?  No. Why? Because just as God is strengthening and developing my faith in Him, I know He’s doing the same with many others.  I’ll be the first to say I have a LONG way to go spiritually and need a lot of strengthening and sharpening when it comes to faith.

However, I am saying that as Christians we need to have the type of faith that believes God for radical things, even if it goes against nature.  Who would think to pray and ask the Lord to hold rain for 3 and a half years?  I know I wouldn’t have thought such a thing because rain is just something that happens.  Why would God hold up rain for me?  But He did for Elijah.

2 Chronicles 16:9 lets us know that the eyes of the Lord searches the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.  The Bible lets us know that we have not because we ask not (James 4:2), so what does this mean?  You can pray for anything and if you have faith, you will receive it (Matthew 21:22).

This means you can pray for a mountain in your life to be moved and if you pray and believe it, that mountain will be moved.  This also means that as Elijah did, if you pray earnestly that it wouldn’t rain, if it pleases God, He will do it.  God seeks to show himself.  God searches the whole earth looking to show his magnificence and great power to those who earnestly seeks Him.

So now the question is, “Are you believing God for the impossible” “Are you believing God for radical things” ?

In my own life, I execute the four things listed below when I’m believing God to move mightily on my behalf and I want to share them with you:

Ask: bring your petitions (request) before the Lord.  The Lord already knows what you need, but as a child going to their father, He wants you to ask Him.  I also recommend finding a scripture that speaks on what you’re believing God for.  For example, if you’re believing God to heal your body from a sickness, you might want to bring up the scripture that states, “With his stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).  It helped me.  Read, “God is a Healer” to see how.
Have radical faith: the type of faith that believes God no matter what the circumstances look like.  The type of faith that ask God for things that people typically wouldn’t ask God for.
Believe and don’t doubt: Believe in your heart that it’s already done in Jesus name and praise Him in advance for it.
Last but certainly not least, receive.  If you can’t receive, you won’t get.
Start believing God to do the impossible.  Start believing and asking God for things that naturally doesn’t make any sense.  Believe God for 100 PERCENT COMPLETE HEALING AND WHOLENESS, believe God for checks in the mail, believe God for promotions on the job, believe God for $0 balances with creditors, believe God to slice bills in half, BELIEVE GOD FOR THINGS THAT’S CRAZY AND IMPOSSIBLE IN THE NATURAL  REALM.  If God can separate a body of water, If God can turn water into wine, If God can say, “Let there be light” and there was light…how much more are you (being his child) able to ask God for these things and He does it.

I want to share something with you.  When my child's scalp started to rot, I was so confused and the doctors were confused too. But when I started praying and fasting her condition changed pretty fast. It was impossible with the doctors, but very possible with God. You can request for a full testimony via email kayrose.academy@gmail.com

When you believe God for the radical things, he will do radical things in your life.  Things that don’t make no sense will happen.  Crazy, weird, abnormal things will happen in your life and it’s all to the glory of Jesus Christ.

Be encouraged today.  Don’t be afraid to ask God for crazy-radical-just don’t make sense kinds of things.  God wants to do such things in your life; He just requires you to ask Him, have radical faith, believe and receive in Jesus name.

If you say, “I don’t have faith” or “how do I get radical faith”, I want you to know that as Christians we all have some measure of faith; in my opinion, the radical faith comes into play when you start believing and asking God for things that goes against nature and don’t make sense in the natural realm.  Pray; pray and ask God to increase and sharpen your faith.  That’s what I’m doing.  If you ask God for this, He will do it; after all, is not being a Christian heavily tangent upon your faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose again?  God wants to increase your faith, so ask Him for it.

Be blessed in the Lord and start believing God for radical things in your life.  I’m expecting to hear some awesome testimonies from all of you guys.  Be blessed in Jesus name, amen.

You are Fearfully and Wonderfully Created...Soak it in!

For all of the love that was never offered or given or spoken or felt. For all the bullying. For all voices that spoke negatively in your life. For all of your golden childhood that was stolen from you. For every bow that was never placed. For every day you were never celebrated. Photographed. Blessed. Loved. Cherished. Adored... I want you to know that we serve a God who restores and redeems. He renews. Repairs…turns ashes into Beauty. Psalm 139:14 You are Unique and Original.

APPOINTED TIME. It's not your time, but His time!

I used to be so impatient, but I am learning patience now!! I believe that one of the hardest walks with the Lord, is His timetable, His appointed time. Waiting on the Lord…Hey! That can be hard seriously… Some of you have been praying for healing, a baby, a job, husband, wife and still have not received your miracle?
Listen to me my friends: This is when you stand on the promises of God and praise God instead of giving up…Trusting Him beyond what you can see with your physical eyes, knowing that His time is going to be Perfect! When I was pregnant, I couldn’t wait to have my baby in my hands, but I had to wait for 9 months… Why? There is time for everything…if you want a good cake you have to wait for it to bake very well or you won’t enjoy it.
Even Jesus refused to do anything UNTIL it was His time as according to God's purposes, will, and plans. Sometimes we get so impatient waiting on God, so we take matters into our own hands get married for the sake of getting married just to show off to others…and end up with Ishmael. And wonder why we are married and still miserable. Wait for your Isaac.
Ladies and Gents! We must learn to be still and wait on the Lord. Refuse to rush into something BEFORE ITS TIME! Waiting, being still, and timing is all for God's glorification... not our gratification. You may be tired of waiting on that Adam, but not every Adam is good for you. Is anything too hard for the LORD ? I will return to you at the appointed time next year and Sarah will have a son.” Genesis 18:13-14….underline APPOINTED TIME. It's not your time, but His time!

Everyday is a Gift...

Each new day is a gift from God, and if you are wise, you will spend a few quiet moments each morning thanking the Giver. When you begin each day with your head bowed and your heart lifted, you are reminded of God's love, His protection, and His commandments. Then, you can align your priorities for the coming day with the teachings and commandments that God has placed on your heart....
So, if you have acquired the unfortunate habit of trying to "squeeze" God into the corners of your life, it's time to reshuffle the items on your to-do list by placing God first. And if you haven't already done so, form the habit of spending quality time with your Father in heaven. He deserves it....and so do you.

And Remember: You are not what happened to you, so don't ruin the rest of your life because of your past. When we hand over our broken lives to our Creator God and stop trying to heal our own brokenness with our own definitions of healing and attempts at trying to right the wrongs...when we surrender to Him. He repairs with gold. And in exchange we walk away with healed brokenness and true Freedom.

May God mold U and shape for you for His purpose.

He always answers prayer, but sometimes it’s with a closed door.

An answer that sounds like no. A period of time that is worse than wait. It is simply to wait without a date. Personally, I am thankful that He is the author and the finisher and He sees and He knows and He has a purpose and a plan for all of us. As I pen this down, I am thankful for the pain because without it, my life wouldn’t be this beautiful. So just breathe it in today.
The years the locust have eaten, He will restore. Thank Him and Give Him Praise no matter what!
I am thankful.
Personally, me and my children have known Him as Provider.
As Redeemer...
As Restorer...
As Healer...
As Protector...
As Comforter...
Again and again and again...He answers PRAYER!

Never Underestimate THE POWER OF PRAYER!

TRUE STORY...
Diane, a young Christian university student, was home for the summer. She had gone to visit some friends one evening and the time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than she had planned. Evening came and Diane had to walk home alone. But she wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked "God" to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley, she noticed a man standing at the end, as though he were waiting for her.
She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for "God's" protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped around her; she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely. The following day, she read in the paper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley, just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy & the fact that it could of been her, she began to weep.
Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her, she asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her."
We serve a MIGHTY God...Please ALWAYS remember to Pray. You can start NOW!

Praise Him in the midst of it all...

In the midst of really painful things...
In the midst of hurtful words and hurtful people...
In the midst of those who rejoice in someone else's suffering...
In the midst of things we don't understand and when we can't see the light of dawn...
In the midst of friends who betray us and who say unkind things...
In the midst of unfortunate circumstances and situations...
In the midst of sorrow so great there are no words to define it properly...
My friends:Offer Him the highest praise...
Through your heartache and suffering and grief...
Praise Him in the midst of it all...
Because soon ..and VERY SOON!!!
Everything is going to Turn in your favor...
Doors are going to open and open wide.
Beautiful friendships will unfold...
Divine connections are coming to your way...
Provision and prosperity and purpose are going to fall upon your household...
Healing will be your portion...
Soon your heart will sing and your spirit will soar as the Father reveals every good and perfect gift He has in store for you.
He promises us that He will work all things together for our good and His glory.
All things...not some. ALL THINGS!!!
Even those things U may not understand right now.
Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to His name. - Hebrews 13:15

He sees it all. He has not forgotten YOU...

When you fall and crumble down. He sees it all. He has not forgotten YOU...
"I believe; but help my unbelief."
It’s easy to find ourselves in this very place, when everything is crumbling down. We are in the middle of the year and still No breakthrough. No restoration. No recompense. No restitution. No redemption in whatever areas you are praying for…what a tight spot to be in.
You have believed.
You have prayed.
You have trusted.
You have been patient in affliction.
You have offered up a multitude of a form of worship called a sacrifice of praise in the midst of painful circumstance after painful circumstance…
Disappointed so many times that depression has taken up permanent residence in your heart...
But wait!
There is GOOD NEWS in Mark 9
A Father is hurting over a serious situation with his son and he brings his son to Jesus for healing.
Jesus asks the Father, "How long has this been happening?"
And he answered, "From childhood."
The Father goes on to explain in some detail about the circumstances surrounding his son and says to Jesus, "If you can do anything, please have compassion on us and help us." Mark 9:22
"What do you mean, 'if I can'?" Jesus asked. Mark 9:23
Jesus then says "Anything is possible if a person believes."
The Father replies, "I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!" Mark 9:24
The scriptures tell us that the very next thing that happens is that Jesus immediately helped his son.
It was important for me to see that Jesus wanted to know how long it had been and he also spoke directly to his unbelief by asking him, "What do you mean, 'If I can'?"
Jesus is concerned with how long we have suffered with our circumstances.
And sometimes the only way we can overcome our unbelief is by receiving the breakthrough.
Each time He answers or moves on our behalf- our faith increases. Those situations become stones of remembrance in our faith walk, where we can look back and remember and know that no matter what it looks like, He is for us and Not against us…
Even if it takes weeks, months or years.
I hope these words bring encouragement and if you are waiting and wondering if He still can, I pray that these words are a healing balm for your heart today…
"What do you mean, 'If I can'?"
Heal your body?
Restore your soul?
Redeem your circumstances?
Open your womb?
Heal your marriage?
Restore the years the locusts have eaten?
Replace your lost income?
Renew your mind?
Open up contract/job opportunities?
Bring your husband home?
Give you the desire of your heart?
Help you in that situation?
Bring your daughter home?
Give you an incredible husband?
Teach you my word?
Help you in raising your children?
Reveal myself to you in a new way?
He still can my friends.
Relax in the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:16-18
He is well able to do above all we can think, hope or imagine.

He is still God no matter what

It’s easy to look at others through the eyes of comparison and wonder how in the world do they have what they have and you don’t. How they were able to make it in life, get a job today quit and get another one the next day or capture the heart of a wonderful man or even how on earth they were married, divorced and married again? And you are still waiting on your one husband…
You have tried to figure out the formula, but nothing…
And every single day you plead with God…
That He would help you…hold you up.
That living in a not so good area, being jobless, childless, single, shouldn’t identify who you are …
Though sometimes you feeI like you are a failure by every definition because of an army of people waiting to tell you so…
But listen to me...
Even in that tiny house with no electricity or furniture or even in that mansion with everything with no man, a big yard with no babies to play in it, your left hand with no wedding ring, doesn’t mean that your life is not worth living.
Because the King of Kings created you with a purpose even if you were conceived in the womb of a young teenage unmarried girl and was born into an absolute mess of a place without running water...raised by a single mother who has absolutely nothing to offer you but her love and care.
God set it up that way…We have the God who knows and sees it all.
I learned that no matter what our circumstances, we will forever be precious to Him.
And we can hold up our emptiness or our empty bank accounts or empty pantry like an offering by measuring everything we don't have and everything that isn't the way it should be or the way we think it should be...
Or, we can kneel down, in a tiny apartment floor, in an empty house with nothing or in a big beautiful home and say to the Author of it all....
Thank you Lord for the breath in my body to praise Your Holy name today...
Thank you Lord for waking me up this morning…
Thank you Lord for the food. Thank you for the ability to eat and taste.
Thank you for your constant Protection over my life and my children…
Thank you for my precious children(There is someone out there fasting and praying for a child)
Thank you Lord for Good health because there is someone begging you to live this very moment…
Because poor, rich, jobless, childless, married, divorced, single, single mom or single dad.
He never changes, he is still God.

We are all cracked in one way or another...so let's talk about brokenness.

See as a people, we are cracked and broken with all sorts of things...unmet needs and unhealed hurts. Our hearts are held together with hopelessness and despair. But we somehow survive circumstances and situations and disease and illnesses that we never imagined.
Right now, there are marriages that ache so much that it hurts to even breathe or smile.
Right now, there are families that are ripped apart with offense and unforgiveness.
Right now, some of you were in friendships and relationships and business partnerships that had hidden evil motives right from the start and you were left feeling betrayed.
Right now, some of you are still mourning your loved ones...
These are some of the hard things that we carry every day that we can't even talk about because it is just too PAINFUL.
We ache with the weight of it all...
Perfect on the outside but carrying pain on the inside...
BUT!!!!!!Somehow, we still have to do life. We still need to work and provide and hold our families together...
Listen to me: There is a high value placed on brokenness in God's word and His word is a healing balm.
He is a God who heals. Who restores. Who renews. Who offers us an imaginable recompense.Thankfully, He tells us that He will make it all GOLD. But we have to surrender our broken pieces and unfair things to Him.
And I will bring the third part through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will answer them; I will say, 'They are My people,' and they will say, 'The Lord is my God.' " Zechariah 13:9
"But He knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold." Job 23:10
"Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours." Isaiah 61:7
"Persecuted, but not abandoned"2 Corinthians 4:7-10
Give Him all your brokenness and let him re-write your story...His story is always better...Always!!!!

His Grace is sufficient for You

Just thinking about life…
It doesn’t matter how long your loved one has been gone. There is always that place in our heart that still rings with unbearable grief and a place that no amount of money can buy. It’s a position that no money or stuff can replace…how do I know? Because I lost my parents a few years ago, and I miss them every single day.
And this very moment, they so many people walking through this a place right now, right this minute…it’s a place that no one prepares for or wishes for. It just comes!
So many right now are trying to find the strength to start a new their normal and start over again and for many souls out there, this is the very first time they are experiencing life without that love one, could be a husband, a father, a mother, a child, sister etc.
The truth is as incredible and wonderful life can be....Death still comes. Sorrow comes. Sickness comes. Divorce comes. Separation and heartbreak come...imagine saying bye to a baby you carried for nine months, but never had a chance to raise and all you are left with is an empty room full of beautiful clothes…
Sorrow, may not be in our plans…
But it comes.
And for many, that are new to this, they may be trying to find their way around in the dark, broken places of their hearts and at the same time trying move forward in life work, school, etc. But on the inside they can barely stand it. Many are trying to explain to their children why dad or mom isn’t coming home anymore. It’s the Unbearable pain in the midst of happy faces, but inside you are dying.
But listen to me: You are not alone the One who came to mend every broken place is right there with you.
Yes He is there with you. He is hovering over you in the midst of that broken place.
He knows how difficult it is to begin life as a single parent.....an orphan.
The bible says, He is goes before you Deut 31:8 and even now and preparing the way for you.
Fear not…
Be still and know that He is God. Psalm 46:10.
A Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows.
It is well. It doesn’t matter what zip code, city or country you live in, His Grace is sufficient for You!

What do you do when all hell is breaking loose?

This post is for those who still trust God when all hell is breaking loose…
This post is for those who call to tell me how good God is when they have lost everything and talking on a borrowed phone…
This post is for those who are staring at their prayer requests and none of them have been answered
This post is for those who can celebrate and rejoice in other people’s success and prosperity and accomplishments when that hasn't happened in their own lives.
This post is for those who can share out of a place of genuine happiness and joy for friends who are having a baby when they cannot seem to get pregnant at all or who have miscarried or lost a baby…
This post is for those who rejoice and celebrate when others find a wonderful spouse in life, even though they may be walking through divorce or have yet to even meet someone worthy of marriage…
This post is for those who can tell others how good God is while they are feeding their children from a food pantry every week…
This post is for those who tell others in one breath that they have cancer or are HIV positive and the very next breath tell them this. "I still trust God."
This post is for those who have walked through a level of betrayal in friendships they never imagined, walked through slander, malicious gossip and judgement, but still long to be a loyal and faithful friend to others in spite of that…
These things and so much more take a special kind of Faith and COURAGE!! Courage to believe the very BEST, hope for the best, offer God the Best even during the fight of our lives…
Before I continue let me say this…
You know…It is easy to love God and trust God and praise God when everything is soooo wonderful. When everything is Good…I mean Really good. When you are in a great position and profits are rolling in and a salary increase. Jobs and paychecks and bills are paid in full… And there is so much success in your business. It is so easy to tell the world how Good God is when we are kissing a husband who loves us and a fat checking account that is full and overflowing with money. It is easy to talk about the faithfulness of God when most of our days are spent shopping and cooking and baking and non stop house decorations. It is easy to overcome hardship or trials when you can pick up the phone and call some amazing loving parents. It is easy to tell another person that they "just need to Trust God" or "God doesn't give you more than you can handle" along with a million other little phrases, when you are NOT the one in the middle of the fight for your life.
But listen my friends: Eventually, you will see His hand at work in your life. You will see that He had your best interest at heart the whole time. You will see that when you FOCUS on Jesus…I didn’t say a prophet to give you a word….Everything will fall into place. ReFocus!! The problem is that we have replaced Jesus with titles of men…men of God, woman of God, prophet so and so, Pastors etc. It’s ok to look up to them for guidance, not Miracles. They is only ONE Miracle Maker and His name is Jesus!

What do you call that thing that you put your feet on?:-)

A foot stool. Good. Feeling crashed and pressed down by your circumstances… RELAX! When the enemy tries to overwhelm you with problems…when your life is crowded with worries and problems. RELAX in the Lord!
Why???
Because God is going to make your enemies a footstool under your feet. Psalm 110:1-2 Right now, picturize yourself seated at the Father’s right hand…RELAXED! Not anxious or worried.
Now listen to me my friends: Wheat may look like grass in the beginning, but that doesn’t change the Fact that it’s WHEAT. Even now, people may think you will never make it because you don’t look like where you are going(and it's OK) but it still doesn’t change the plans God has for you. Joseph was in prison, but still marked a Prime Minister by God. Stop crying over what you can see or what people are saying about…if they can't stop the sun from shinning, then guess what? They have no power to stop your destine.
God has a HUGE surprise for you...He has amazing plans for you. I know that He will turn your ashes into beauty and make you sparkle like a diamond. May His Blessings and Favor form a cloud over you and fall like rain over your life.
Glory be to His Name! Amen! May God overwhelm you with His Goodness!

Yes, He is the Same Today, Yesterday & Forever

Some of you have been disappointed so so so many times that it feels like disappointment is your middle name. But listen!Even if it takes years. Mark 9:23 has not changed: “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.
I hope these words I am about to write bring encouragement especially if you are waiting and wondering if Jesus still can, I pray that the Holy Spirit will minister to your heart and heal your heart in a very special way today.

Today Jesus is asking you the same question "What do you mean, 'If I can'?"
Heal your body?
Restore your soul?
Redeem your circumstances?
Open your womb?
Heal your broken marriage?
Restore the years the locusts have eaten?
Replace your lost income?
Renew your mind?
Open up business opportunities?
Heal your circumstances?
Give you the desires of your heart?
Help you in that pressing situation?
Move in that interview process?
Bring your teenage daughter home?
Give you an incredible husband?
Teach you my word?
Help you in raising your children?
Reveal myself to you in a new and mighty way?
Listen to me: He still can.
He is well able to do above all we can think, hope or imagine. ALL things and not SOME things, are possible to those who Believe. The question is, do you BELIEVE?

When Praises go up Blessings rain down!

Sometimes we spend 24 hours per day dwelling in cold negative, crappy, zero value added thoughts that actually push our blessings away from us. Constantly asking God a questions like “why am I single?” or "why is this happening to me Lord" Instead of asking God the same questions over and over...keeping a lid on some of those negative thoughts.
And start praying! Being Thankful!Truth be told: It’s hard to be negative when you are feeling thankful about all the good things that God has given you in your life. Make a list of everything you have to be thankful for... Stick it on your mirror for easy access and take a peek as soon as you start depressing over your situation or having seriously negative thoughts:-)
It's time to Replace “Why Am I Single?” or "Why me Lord" with counting your Blessings one by one! Promise yourself today that you will Thank God no matter what. Little secret? When Praises go up Blessings come down...And just in case you didn't know complaining makes God angry Numbers 11:1 Read it! Because while you are complaining someone out there can't even brush their own teeth and you can...think about it! So start from there, you have many reasons to Thank God.
